The world’s first commercially available 3D laptop, the Acer Aspire 5738DZG is now available to buy from Amazon. The laptop has a 15.6in HD display and will enable you to watch 3D movies and play games in 3D.
The laptop screen is coated with a polarising filter which causes different images to be seen in each eye. The laptop comes with polarised glasses, which allow you to watch the 3D action on the screen.
This is managed by the TriDef 3D software suite running in the background. The TriDef 3D software promises to convert 2D into 3D. This means that games and DVDs could be converted into 3D format. There are also a number of preview videos included with laptop that are designed to showcase the machine’s 3D capabilities.
Apart from being a 3D gadget, it has a 500GB Hard Drive, 4GB memory, navigation touchpad and loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium. The cost of the laptop is around £650 and is available now.
